Back in 1985, Clay's Restaurant was just a small restaurant off the beaten track
of Clay road, owned and operated by Houstonian Damian Seaback.  Word soon
spread about Clay’s award winning burgers and comfortable family atmosphere,
which prompted Damian to expand the restaurant.  He converted quaint old school
houses into the perfect additions at the back of his property, nestled among the
trees.  Clays continues to grow and change, adding new menu items and features to improve the quality and service for their customers and friends.  One thing will
never change, though, and that’s the family values that are the cornerstone of
Clay’s Restaurant.  Being the entrepreneur that he is Damian also has other
companies, Seaback Roofing, a roofing company that specializes in storm damaged
roof repair.

Clay's sponsors several sports teams, The FFA and does a lot of donations to the
area schools & churches. Every year Clay's gives out $1000.00 in scholarship
money to our college bound employees.

Our management also takes a responsible role with our staff. Our restaurant hours
accommodate the school schedules of the employees, closing at 9.p.m. Sunday
through Thursday, and 10.p.m. Friday and Saturday

Because Clay’s is a family-oriented
restaurant, our bar only serves beer,
wine, and margaritas for normal
restaurant service.  For our catered
events, Clay’s liquor license allows
us to provide a full bar.

 For The Grown Ups

Clay’s offers live music from
7:00p.m.-10:00p.m. On the first
Saturday of every month.  It’s as
much fun for the kids as it is for 
you, so pack ‘em up and bring ‘em
on over! Kick back, grab a juicy
burger and a cold one.
